Return Form

Have you changed your mind, or does the product not meet your expectations? You can register your return within 30 days of receiving your product. This can be done without giving a reason. You will receive the return form. After this, you have another 14 days to send your product back. You are responsible for the care and costs of returning the product.

Please note: Due to hygienic reasons, you cannot return our products if they have come into contact with your pet. Products must be in new and unused condition. If it is found that the products have been used, stained, contain hair, smell dirty, or have been washed, the right to return expires. This also voids your right to receive a refund of your purchase amount.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received the return shipment. If you return a partial order, we will credit the products you returned. If you return the entire order, we will credit all products. To receive a full refund, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged.
